Ram Dass (Richard Alpert) is an American author and spiritual guru, best known for his works ‘Doing Your Own Being’ and ‘Be Here Now.' The first book co-authored by Ram Dass with L. Rau and R. Sears, ‘Identification and Child Rearing,’ was published in 1962 by the Stanford University Press.
