Ed Wood Jr. was an American filmmaker and actor, known for directing horror films. After serving in the army for a few years, ED began working in the film industry. He moved to California in 1947, and started writing scripts and directing commercials as well as low-budget films. He directed more than 30 films in his career, including ‘Glen or Glenda’ (1953), ‘Bride of the Monster’ (1959), ‘Take It Out in Trade’ (1970), ‘Two Hot to Handle’ (1973), and ‘Night of the Ghouls’ (1984).
